Joseph
Leasing Agent
Joe has been welcoming new tenants to Lake Shore Park since 2006. A retiree of the U.S. Postal Service, Joe enjoys DJing, taking in the occasional round of bowling or heading into the woods with friends for a game of paintball. Joe enjoys meeting new people and helping tenants feel right at home.
Allison
Leasing Agent
Allison has been helping tenants make Lake Shore Park their new home since 2016. Being from the Capital Region, Allison is also connected to the wider community. She takes pride in helping tenants settle in to the community and call Lake Shore Park home.
Kenny
Superintendant
Kenny has been with Lake Shore Park for more than 20 years. He leads the repair and maintenance of the buildings and grounds. In his free time Kenny loves working on cars and riding his motorcycle.
Dan Visconi
Assistant Superintendant
Since 2014 Dan has been working to ensure the upkeep of Lake Shore Park’s buildings and grounds. With a background in carpentry, Dan loves working with his hands to build things.
